The other day they say all the bulbs have been changed in all the beds and it should be working and I get in it and not only is at Center bulb out the one on the end is out too so I actually think y'all owe me something for that. And I have told them over and over and over and over. Also when it comes to the Pensacola store and that bed number two every time I have gotten in it that Center bulb on the back row has been out. Is going to make that big of a freaking hairy deal. I'm sorry I just do not believe that 20 minutes in a 24-hour. And I really really don't like the fact that you can't get in the bed until one minute after the time did you get it 24 hours before because of the simple fact that sometimes the only way I can do it is to sneak out from work and when you guys push me off by 5 minutes or whatever it totally screws me up getting back to work. I also hate how confusing it is about the beds. However I hate the fact how much you have them push sales sales sales sales especially on your lotions and stuff. Overall happy, just not 5 star happy.įor the most part it's been really good I really enjoyed talking to Albert also he's very informative. Maybe not push the lotions every time I check in too. Also, standup bed.couple bulbs out- were out both times I tried this one. Would be different if I were only going once or twice a week. I truly feel I should be able to have the color I expect at the cost and time I am committing over the last month.
I suppose I'm to purchase the diamond vs the platinum level to experience my expectations, however what will likely happen is that I will give it another month of platinum cost three days weekly,and if still not completely satisfied with cost vs results, I will discontinue membership. I think I would feel differently if I had purchased a less expensive monthly package and not bought into the pricey lotions. Love Alberto!! He's so friendly and helpful! Overall satisfied but- I only have issue in that I feel like I am paying alot for a platinum monthly membership and expensive lotions to really not see the difference I would expect. The location is very clean and well kept.
